IN MEMORIAM Hari Sharma

Keywords

October 1, 2007

It was my great privilege to know and work with Hari Sharma. He was always the careful scientist and meticulous researcher, with compassion for the victim and honesty in his reporting of his findings. Without his help the IICPH would have had difficulty in dealing with the radioactive backyards in McClure Crescent, Toronto or the radiation pollution at Canonsburg, PA, the first superfund project in the U.S. He helped with atomic veterans of World War II, nuclear weapon workers, Gulf War veterans, First Nation People and numerous civilians exposed to the radioactive debris of the nuclear industry. May he rest in well-deserved peace.
