Many processed beverages and foods contain elevated levels of fluoride? The elevated levels are due to the use of fluoridated water and the ubiquitous presence of fluoride from pesticides. Total fluoride exposure has increased substantially since the early days of fluoridation of our drinking water. Exposures are from many sources including: pesticide residues, toothpaste, mechanically de-boned meat, air pollution and processed foods and beverages prepared with fluoridated water. Fluoride exposures are causing many hitherto unsuspected health problems. For more information, visit www.iicph.org and www.fluoridealert.org.

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) have endorsed the irradiation of meat? In spite of the public perception that food irradiation has been dicredited and rejected as a means to preserve food, they have ignored concerns about the production of toxins and radiolytic products. www.fda.gov/bbs/topics/NEWS/NEW00603.html All NASA space flight food is irradiated. Canada-based MSD Nordion is a world leader in irradiation. See Dr. Rosalie Bertell’s Food Irradation document and for more information visit www.organicconsumers.org/irradlink.html.
