Roger Dixon P. Eng., an expert in the field of industrial hygiene and a long-term IICPH volunteer Project Partner, has recently arrived in Guatemala. There he will initiate a training and educational facility where education in occupational health and safety will be provided to Guatemalan labour organizations. Roger has expressed concerns about the abuse of women and children in the manufacturing industries and other iniquities of "sweatshops".

We wish him well as he embarks on this new venture.
